Black Tourney: Gatsby

Gatsby is Nox's first "successful" experiment, which resulted in his third eye and who-knows-what-else. Slightly radioactive as a result, but being a poison-type, his immune system has prevented any decidedly "adverse" side-effects. (It depends on your definition of adverse.) Etched on his left chest plate is a warning against prolonged time close to him. (Nox is protected by her suit, which is built to protect against radiation. Her arms are not included in hopes of growing an extra pair of limbs.)

I had the worst time drawing this if only because:
1. I forgot what Nidokings look like
2. Nidokings have seriously stupid legs/feet. I'm assuming they work like heelies because seriously. HOW DO THEY MOVE.
